Is investing in wellness
programs to reduce employees' weight worth the cost? A new
year-long study concludes that employers' efforts to get overweight
employees to improve their health by lowering weight resulted in a return
on investment (ROI) of $1.17 for each $1 spent. Also, employees
participating in the study lost, on average, 10 pounds and had reductions
